Required Documents: ✓ Medical Faculty Diploma (Notarized photocopy) ✓ Medical Certificate (Notarized photocopy) ✓ Photocopy of ID (Front-back) ✓ Residency Certificate (less than 3 months old) ✓ CV (Current, detailed) ✓ Passport Photograph (2 pieces, taken within 6 months) ✓ Reference Letters (2 pieces, from current members) ✓ Employment Certificate (From current workplace)

REFERENCE SYSTEM
Reference Requirements:
- 2 letters of reference are required
- References must be current SAÇREHDER members
- They must be members of the association for at least 2 years.
- Reference letters must be issued within 30 days
Reference Letter Content:
- Duration of acquaintance with the applicant
- Professional competence assessment
- Character reference
- Opinion on suitability for association membership
- Contact information and signature
Reference Check Process:
- Contact is established with people who provide references.
- Verification is done by phone
- Face to face meetings when necessary
- Reference validity is checked
FINANCIAL LIABILITIES
During the Application Phase:
- Application Fee: 1,000 TL (non-refundable)
- Online payment or bank transfer
- No evaluation will be made without payment of the application fee.
In Case of Acceptance:
- Entrance Fee: 50,000 TL
- First Year Fee: 50,000 TL
- Total: 100,000 TL + 1,000 TL application fee

- Single payment (5% discount)
- 2 taksit (peşin + 6 ay sonra)
- 4 taksit (3’er aylık)
